Product Description

HJ single-shaft shredder is a model specially developed for recycling companies with large waste plastic disposal capacity. It is an ideal machine for plastic, paper, fiber, rubber, organic waste and a wide variety of materials. As per our customers' requirements, such as the input size of the material, capacity and the final output size etc, we could work out a suitable proposal for our clients. After being shredded by the machine, the output material could be used directly or go into the next step of size reduction. With the function of Siemens microcomputer control system, it is possible to control automatically start, stop, automatic reverse sensors to protect the machine against over loading and jamming.
This series of single-shaft shredders are equipped with powerful adjustable hydraulic pushers.This design prevents material jams and reduces wear on the internal rails. The shredder is equipped with diameter from 220mm to 660mm. And rotor length is from 600mm to 3000m .

The hydraulic work station is tightly integrated with the shredder chamber, which saves space and protects the hydraulic station, and is easy to replace and maintain. The design of the standard rotor, the equipped cutters, holders as well as the external bearings and hydraulic screen brackets have been recognized by customers and received good feedback.

The HJseries shredder can further adjust the design according to customers' requirements for waste disposal.Customers canchoose cooling systems, rotor surface hardening treatment and other anti-wear devices.
