The working principle of the domestic waste RDF briquetting machine is as follows
The briquetting machine consists of a machine base, a protective cover, a feed port, a pressing wheel, a flat die, and a discharge port.The materials to be pressed should be crushed first, the length is preferably 30-60mm, and the moisture content is within the range of 15%-25%. The materials are fed into the press through the feeding conveyor. The feed port of the block machine evenly disperses the material into the working area between the pressing wheel and the flat die. The main shaft rotates to drive the pressing wheel to rotate. The material is forced out of the flat die into blocks and extruded from the discharge port fall.
