Working principle

The working principle of heat pump drying machine:Untilize refrigerant compression through the compressor to form thehigh temperature and high pressure gas.The gas went into the condenser to release heat,the heat will be sent into the chamber by the circulating fan, to heat the air in the chamber(The maximum air temperature up to 75 C).Then the air temperature rises, the moisture in the drying material will gradually evaporate, and then exhaust of the moisture by the fresh air dehumidification system,to achieve the drying effect.
The advantage of the heat pump drying oven lies in:adopting the heat insulation material with good insulation effect is used as the drying chamber,which reduces unnecessary energy loss during the drying process.Automatic temperature and humidity process control,high control accuracy, flexibility and convenience. No special technology is required in heat exchange process. Closed-cycle hot air circulation helps reduce operating energy consumption. Dehumidification increases the working efficiency of heat pump through heat recovery period and evaporator recovery twice, improves the energy efficiency level of heat pump (COP value),and reduces the energy consumption.
