Proper use of machinery and equipment, conscientiously implement the maintenance system and strict compliance with safe operating procedures is to extend the service life of the machine, improve production efficiency and ensure the necessary conditions for safe production. To this end, the user is recommended to establish maintenance and safe operating procedures, the operator should be familiar with the machine structure and operating procedures, but also must note the following points:
(1) To pull hydraulic oil into the tank, should strictly use high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil, must be strictly filtered, and should always maintain sufficient fuel, should be added immediately when insufficient oil.
(2) The fuel tank should be cleaned every six months and replace the new oil once, but the first cleaning filter oil can not be more than a month, once used the new oil filtered through a strict re-allowed once.
(3) Lubrication of the machine should be required, at least once one shift of lubricating oil.
(4)Clean up the debris inside the box promptly.
(5) When the machine appears more serious oil spills or abnormal phenomenon in the work should immediately stop running to analyze the causes and troubleshooting.
(6) When the machine running, shall not be repaired or contact with moving parts, prohibited by hand or foot in the material box press.
