The sorting platform is located on both sides of the manual sorting belt conveyor, and eachside platform is equipped with a number of operating stations and garbage silos for operatorsto stand and do garbage sorting work, The sorting platform conforms to the principle of man-machine combination, and its height is matched with the belt conveyor, so that the operatorcan always be in a comfortable working position. The sorting platform is made of steel, anddischarge silos are set on each side, and protective devices are installed around the dischargehopper and the operation platform to ensure the safety of the operators.
The manual sorting platform consists of belt conveyor,platform,silo,safety protection device,light steel workshop(optional)etc. Material is along with conveyor to the sorting platform, Suchas plastic, paper, metal,fabric, "battery,glass etc will be sorted and put to different silo byworker, The left material will go next step.the belt conveyor takes VFD and places at middlepart,there is a silo for every station at both sides of sorting platform.
