Twin Shaft E Waste Scrap Metal Plastic Shredder Recycling Machine

E-waste MSW shredder machine can process various bulky waste, household garbage, including waste furniture, plastic bottles, cans, vegetable waste, Children toys, etc. It's used for primary shredding, reducing big materials into smaller size, by shearing, tearing and extruding. The final product size may be different, from 20mm to 500mm, which is affacted by materials types. Capacity can reach 500kg-30t/h.
 

 

 

Application

How to handle them reasonably? Generally, after the E-waste is crushed, the differences in physical properties between components are used for sorting, including disassembly, shredding, sorting and other steps. After sorting, the recycled materials such as metal, plastic and glass can be obtained respectively through follow-up disposal. This disposal method has the advantages of low cost and simple operation, is not easy to cause secondary pollution, and can scale up, etc., so it is a hot spot of development in various countries.

4. After tool wear, the repair technology of tool coating and welding is adopted to realize the repeated use of the tool, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost of the tool.
5. Separate box design, can easily and quickly remove the entire axle (axle, blade, bearing, sealing system).
6. Tools are arranged according to helix to achieve high efficiency cutting.
7. Both the inner hole and the spindle face of the cutter are designed in hexagonal form to realize the uniformity of the force exerted on the cutter.
8. According to different materials and product shapes to be torn up, different types of cutters can be selected.
