 1. Application :
This model hydraulic metal baler is applicated to press all kinds of metal scrap
(steel scrap ,aluminum scrap , copper scrap , stainless steel scrap , and scraped automobile car etc ) into rectangular , octagonal ,cuboid,cylindrical shape bulk for furnace melting . Not only it could save transportation cost , but also it could short feeding time .
This model hydraulic metal baler is installed in steel plant , metal recycling plant , ferrous and non-ferrous metal melting plant etc.

1) Hydraulic driver for all machine types ,manual valva control or PLC control. 
2) Bale-discharging: "turn-out". "push-out " forward-out" or manual discharging.
3) No footing bolts needed in installation:diesel engine can be equipped for power.
4) Baling force 10 grades from 63 to 400 tons .productivity from 4 to 40 tons per shift (8hours).
5) Press box size,bale size&bale shape can be customized.

The working pressure, pressing speed and stroke of the machine can be adjusted within the specified parameters according to the process requirements. This machine has independent power mechanism and electrical system, and adopts button centralized control, which can realize adjustment (jog), manual, semi-automatic (work), and three operation modes. It can realize two pressing methods: constant pressure and fixed stroke.
